Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules for using NoParrot.ai responsibly. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use NoParrot to:

• Engage in illegal activities — submit queries related to illegal content, or use the service to facilitate any unlawful purpose.
• Harass or threaten — submit content that constitutes harassment, threats, hate speech, or incitement to violence.
• Scrape or bulk-access — use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service in bulk without prior written permission.
• Disrupt the service — attempt to overload, crash, or otherwise interfere with the availability or performance of NoParrot for other users.
• Reverse engineer — attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying scoring algorithm, analysis methodology, or proprietary systems.
• Circumvent limits — bypass, manipulate, or circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or other restrictions associated with your subscription plan.
• Share credentials — share your account login credentials with others, or allow multiple people to use a single account.
• Generate spam or misleading content — use the service to produce spam, disinformation, or content designed to mislead others.
• Extract harmful information — submit queries specifically designed to elicit dangerous, harmful, or otherwise restricted information from AI models.

3. Rate Limits

Each subscription plan includes a monthly query allowance. You can view the current limits on our Pricing page.

• Exceeding your plan's query limit will result in queries being blocked until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.
• Automated or programmatic access requires an API plan (coming soon). Using the web interface with automation tools is not permitted without prior approval.

4. Enforcement

We take violations of this policy seriously. Depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, we may take the following actions:

• Warning — for minor or first-time violations, we will notify you and request that you stop the prohibited activity.
• Temporary suspension — for repeated or more serious violations, your account may be temporarily suspended.
• Termination — for severe or persistent violations, your account may be permanently terminated.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy and to take action without prior notice in cases of severe abuse.

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe another user is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us at support@noparrot.ai. Include as much detail as possible so we can investigate.
