Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NoParrot.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

NoParrot is a multi-model AI verification service. It sends your questions to multiple AI models simultaneously, compares their responses at the claim level using algorithmic semantic matching, and shows you where models agree, partially agree, or contradict each other.

NoParrot is an information comparison tool, not a source of truth. The agreement scores reflect consensus among AI models, not factual accuracy. NoParrot is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other expert advice.

3. Accounts

To use NoParrot, you must create an account. By creating an account, you represent that:

  • You are at least 16 years of age.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You will maintain one account per person — duplicate accounts may be terminated.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@noparrot.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NoParrot in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Subscription and Payment

Plans

NoParrot offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Free — limited queries per month, no payment required.
  • Starter — $39/month.
  • Pro — $99/month.
  • Executive — $299/month.

Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your paid plan until then. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel before it takes effect.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our property — NoParrot, its branding, design, analysis methodology, and underlying technology are owned by SumatoSoft. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
  • Your content — you retain ownership of the queries you submit. You also retain rights to the AI-generated responses provided to you through the Service.
  • License grant — by using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your queries through our pipeline (sending to AI providers, extracting claims, computing agreement scores, and generating synthesis) solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Agreement between models does not guarantee factual correctness.
  • NoParrot shows where AI models agree or disagree — it does not verify claims against authoritative sources.
  • The Service is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • NoParrot and SumatoSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI outputs or agreement scores provided by the Service.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

  • By you — you may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your account will be deactivated and your active subscription canceled. Your data is retained until you request erasure by contacting support@noparrot.ai. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • By us — we may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Where possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the violation before termination, except in cases of severe or repeated violations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SumatoSoft operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email to the address associated with your account. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
